- The deposit is paid.
- Students and parents/guardians complete questionnaires providing background information, and details of strengths and difficulties; these need to be completed at least one week in advance of the assessment day.

- A pre-assessment meeting may be arranged once all the questionnaires have been received if further information or clarification is required; this will take place remotely.
- The assessor may contact school SENCo and make a school visit.
- On the assessment day itself, a range of specialist tests will be carried out.
- The assessment process will last approximately three hours and usually take place in the morning.
- If you have glasses, you will need to wear them during the assessment.
- At the end of session, verbal feedback is given and questions answered.
- Once the balance of payment has been received, the report is sent in pdf format protected with a password; this may take up to a month.
- Once you have read your report, a follow-up meeting is offered to discuss the report and answer any questions you may have.
